2) How does Plasma cutting work?

The high speed of ionized gas known has the plasma conducts electricity from the cutting torch to the work piece.

3) Does plasma cutting burn the materials?

No. The plasma heats the workpiece melting the material and the high velocity of ionized gas removes the molten metal, cutting the material

4) What are the benefits?

Plasma cutting can be utilized on any type of conductive metal such as Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. If you require holes or shapes in materials that would normally require mechanical drilling process, plasma technologies will cut materials up to 25mm thick whilst still maintaining, a high quality finish.
